What are the lead times for Rapid Print vs Fully Custom?

Rapid print pouches can be made in as little as 24 hours with 5 days being the standard lead time. Fully Custom pouches have a lead time of 21-30 days, but have more options, and are significantly cheaper when running orders larger than 1000+ pieces

Can my packaging have designs on the front and back?

Yes it can! Since the process starts with a flat web of material, you can customize the front, back, and even the gusset (bottom part of stand up bag) to give your packaging a fully customized look!

What if I want a window to see the product inside?

Don't sweat it! Be sure to select the Clear option for your material and follow the dieline instructions by including a Magenta shape of where you want your window to be!

Do I get a proof to confirm everything is correct?

Yes of course! Not only will you be asked to check and accept the preview when uploading your image, but we will also send you a proof via email to double check. If you see something wrong, please respond to the email within 24 hours or your packaging will be accepted, and pushed into production.

How should I design my art file

The best way to create a print ready art file is using a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator and saving your work in a high resolution PDF file to ensure no delays in production!

What is the difference between Fully Custom Pouches and Rapid Print Pouches?

Rapid Print pouches have a quicker lead time, but are subject to ONLY using the options displayed on the product page. Fully Custom Printed Pouches have a longer lead time, but are not limited to sizes, more finishes and options. With a fully custom pouch, we can create any pouch size, shape, finishes (spot gloss, holographic, spot metallic, etc) and thickness. These are also typically much cheaper then the rapid print pouches, especially when you get in the quantities of 1000+
