At Pouch Gurus, our utmost priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product received from us, we have outlined the following steps to guide you:

Contact our dedicated customer service team at info@pouchgurus.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Verification and Refund:
Once we receive and verify your returned shipment, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping) back to your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number for added security and monitoring until your return reaches our facility.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You may return items for a full credit (excluding shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
Custom/Made-To-Order items, machines, and other equipment are considered final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of defects. If you receive a defective item, please notify us at info@pouchgurus.com for assistance.
Returns must be in resalable condition and preferably in the original packaging along with the packaging slip or order confirmation.
Products returned without prior authorization from Pouch Gurus may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, unless otherwise authorized.
Please note that all returns will undergo inspection for any damage or misuse before a refund is issued.
